Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely and efficiently).

3. Access data / server log files

When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to our server, which is temporarily stored in a log file. This includes, among other things:

This data is technically necessary and serves to ensure the stability and security of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (name, phone number, email address, message, etc.) is stored in order to process your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

4a. Request forms (free Reachability Check and Google Visibility Check)

If you request a free check via a form on our website, we process the data you enter: the name of the dealership, your name, your email address and, depending on the check, the phone number to be tested or the website, brands and region of your dealership. In addition, we transmit the page through which you arrived and, if present, campaign parameters from the link (e.g. UTM parameters or the Google Click ID), so that we can see which ad led to the request.

The data is processed via our server at Hetzner (Germany) and sent to us by email. We use it exclusively to carry out the requested check, send you the report and contact you if we have questions. For internal organization, the request data may be transferred to our CRM or our automation tools (see section 10).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (taking pre-contractual steps at your request). We delete the data as soon as the request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

5. Appointment booking (TidyCal)

We use the TidyCal service to book analysis calls. On some pages, the booking calendar is embedded directly. When you visit these pages, a connection to TidyCal is established, and personal data (e.g. IP address, booking details entered) may be processed. Alternatively, we link directly to the TidyCal booking page.

We store the data you provide when booking in order to schedule the appointment and prepare the call.
Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple appointment booking). You can find details in the TidyCal privacy policy.

5a. Videos (YouTube)

Where available, we deliver our demo videos directly from our own server. If a video is only available on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), we merely provide a link. A connection to YouTube is only established when you click this link and thereby leave our website; Google's privacy policy then applies.

6. Cookies and consent management

Our website uses its own consent banner. We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR respectively.
